Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to run this site and our enquiries. Each handles your information on our instructions.

  • HubSpot, for forms, call booking, email and our contact records
  • Google, for website analytics
  • Webflow, which hosts the site

If you ask about a service, we may share your details with Auditel (UK) Limited or an Auditel specialist so that they can help deliver it.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

Where it is held

Our contact records are held by HubSpot in the European Union. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries, call bookings, health check results and download requests: 24 months after our last contact with you
  • Client records: six years after our work for you ends
  • Website analytics: up to 14 months

Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages are read, and a HubSpot cookie lets us connect an enquiry with the pages viewed before it.

If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no HubSpot tracking cookies are set. HubSpot still counts that a page was viewed, without a cookie and without linking the view to you. The site still works. One cookie remembers your choice so that the banner does not ask again, and our hosting providers may set cookies that are needed for security.

You can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the information we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete your information
  • stop or limit how we use it
  • stop sending you emails

Contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would welcome the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
